evidence that any additional costs claimed as eligible are consistent with standard commercial rates.
a revised network diagram which clearly demonstrates that the project continues to meet the Connectivity Requirements.
an excel list of revised/additional postcodes to be covered by the project.
evidence the top up is substituting the current community contribution.
evidence that the community funding will be different before and after the top up.
Change requests for Top Ups which reduce supplier contribution won’t be approved.
