Why is my address not eligible for a voucher?
In some places in the UK, national or local government has identified that high quality broadband will not be provided within a reasonable time without financial support.
To help bring forward high quality broadband connections in these places, government decided to contract directly with a network provider. A contract exists to deliver improved broadband at this address.
We do not make vouchers available in places where a government contract for an improved network is in place.
Where can I find out more about this information?
Contact your local authority, who are likely to be managing the government-funded contract.
